Watermelon hat

Several baby gifts were needed for many friends’ new arrivals. I used some yarn from a friends stash to knit up 2 watermelon hats and matching leg warmers. I came across H&M onsies on sale in similar colours (dark & light green stripes, and Pink). How could I resist adding a watermelon to the onsie and including it in the gift (especially since our friends had recently moved to Saskatchewan- home of the  (in)famous fan accessory worn CFL roughrider fans –a watermelon helmet.)? I only took a picture of the one set.
