Harvest Feast

We have finally set the menu for our dinner Monday night.
I wanted a reasonably local, seasonal selection of foods but preped to be a special occasions meal -I like an excuse to cook and eat my favourite foods.
Duck breast, rare with herb encrusted crispy skin
French Lentils cooked in (homemade Ramen) Stock with lardon
Root vegetables with thyme & maple  (carrots and parsnips)
Roasted Brussle sprouts, Potatoes, & garlic with butter and sea salt.
Grilled endive salad with beets, blueberries & citrus mustard vinegarette.
